 My name is Idan Kovlasky and I began working at SBDeadSea in July 2008 as a salesman. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had been welcomed into a new family. When I first arrived, I had a lot of doubts, fears and concerns: What's going to happen? What about the language barrier? Will I succeed?Right away, my fears disappeared because of the training process – those involved are very dedicated and very patient. There was an answer to each one of my questions. I was surprised to see that the malls look exactly as they do in the pictures I saw before my arrival. The malls are full of people – they are huge and very lovely. I got to work in England – throughout the country, from the north to the south. I got to see England – how green it is and how beautiful the country is, and not just work in the malls. One of the things that stands out are the company houses. Each house has a furnished kitchen with accessories, a living room with a television and DVD player, large bedrooms, huge beds, internet and anything else you might want. Life in England is filled with fun and great experiences. Aside from the work, there are great pubs, excellent restaurants, clubs, snooker and more. Working at the malls is challenging and interesting; you get to meet many people and you learn a great deal about yourself. One of the things that stands out about the work is that nothing can hold you back. If you invest and work hard, you'll advance and earn the kind of money you never thought you'd be able to make. In addition, chances of being promoted within the company are high, because we are all one family and rather than bring in managers from outside the company, we promote employees who work hard. At present, I manage the company's Norwich district, and I hope that what I've said will bring you one step closer to working with our family. |
