My name is Nissan Ayalon, and I’m the manager of SB Dead Sea's Cardiff region. I have to say, I had doubts at first. I've been working in the industry for three and a half years now, and I worked for two other companies - one in the UK and one in the U.S. I arrived at SB DeadSea on November 19, 2009. The warm welcome and the introduction to the staff, managers and the rest of my company made my start at the company much easier. At the moment I live with my staff in Cardiff's city centre, where I don’t spend any money or time on public transportation - it takes me two minutes to get to the shopping center, and I've got to say, I've never seen anything close to this quality of life anywhere else. Whenever I've had any problems, requests or suggestions, my managers have always met me with open arms, wanting to hear what I have to say. I've always been treated as a top priority and there is a very personal and unique work relationship between the company management and its employees. I’m very happy to wake up each morning and go to work, because I know that I’m in a very good spot for sales - always the be best in the area. And yes, I mean in terms of money. Guys, here's some advice: Always ask the recruiting companies about the quality of the malls the company owns, the number of people passing through the mall every day, stores around the kiosk and any other important information regarding the mall. There are a lot of companies offering very high commission from individual sales, but then you will find yourself working in a very small market. Before you sign a contract, always take 24-48 hours to think about it - don’t be shy. All right guys - Good luck!!
